2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Contact data: name, company name, phone number, email address.
  • Communication data: content of messages submitted via the contact form or WhatsApp.
  • Navigation and tracking data: IP address, UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), Google Click ID (gclid), browser type, pages visited, time on site.

We do not collect special categories of personal data (health data, biometric data, ideology, religion or sexual orientation).

4. Data Retention

Personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, according to the following criteria:

  • Leads and enquiries: contact data is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship. Leads inactive for more than 36 months will be deleted.
  • Tax and accounting obligations: under Article 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code and applicable tax law, data linked to commercial transactions is retained for 6 years.
  • Navigation data: retained according to the terms of each third-party service (see Section 5).

5. Third-Party Data Processors and International Transfers

Your data may be processed by the following service providers acting as data processors:

International transfers of data to the USA are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, which provide the appropriate safeguards required under GDPR Art. 46. No other transfers to third parties take place except where legally required.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR Arts. 15–22 and the LOPDGDD, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access (Art. 15): obtain confirmation of whether we are processing your data and a copy of it.
  • Rectification (Art. 16): correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure / "right to be forgotten" (Art. 17): request deletion of your data when no longer necessary.
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18): limit the use of your data in certain circumstances.
  • Data portability (Art. 20): receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
  • Objection (Art. 21): object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Withdrawal of consent: withdraw any previously given consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

We will respond within a maximum of one month from receipt of your request (which may be extended by two further months in complex cases, with prior notice).
