Frequently asked questions from transport companies
How long does it take to onboard a non-EU CE driver to our fleet?
It depends on the profile. A Ukrainian driver with Temporary Protection can be operational in 1–2 weeks: immediate work authorisation (Royal Decree-Law 6/2022), fast-track documentation. A Moldovan or Kazakhstani driver takes 3–4 months (SEPE + DGT in parallel). DriversHub opens all files on day one.
What is the difference between Model A and Model D?
Model A (direct recruitment): the driver becomes your employee after the process. DriversHub charges a one-time placement fee. Model D (staff-leasing ETT): under this model the ETT acts as the formal employer — your company pays a monthly fee and can return the driver under the contract terms. Model D reduces HR burden and hiring risk. Consult us for availability.
Does DriversHub have CE drivers available right now?
Yes. Active pool of 100+ CE drivers from UA, MD, KZ, BY, and UZ. Ukrainian drivers: available for immediate onboarding. MD/KZ profiles: 3–4 months of processing. We send a candidate proposal within 24–48 business hours of receiving your brief.
What legal documentation does the company need to hire non-EU drivers?
For Model A: the company must be registered with SEPE as an employer authorised to hire foreign workers. For Model D: under this model the ETT assumes all employer responsibilities — the client company signs the staff-provision contract (Act 14/1994). Consult us for availability. In both cases, DriversHub manages all immigration procedures.
What happens if the driver does not pass the probationary period?
In Model A: the probationary period applies under the collective agreement (typically 2 months for drivers). If the driver does not pass, DriversHub initiates the replacement process at no additional cost (standard guarantee: 90 days). In Model D: the company can return the driver under the terms of the staff-provision contract.
